First day of school 2015

The boys started the school year this morning at TLA (Truth Learning Academy) so thankful for Christian education. Aaron is in grade 7. Alex is in grade 4 and Andrew started Kindergarten today. He was so excited he got up at 6:40am. Feeling blessed. It’s going to be a great year.

Start by cutting out a tan circle for the face as well as a hat, nose, and eyes. Grab a red marker and hand-draw the scarecrow’s body. Then have the kids tear up pieces of red and yellow paper. Tell them to make longer yellow ones to make it look like straw for the hair.

Glue all the pieces down and you’ve got yourself a cute scarecrow for fall!
